The SS Shieldhall - Southampton's very own heritage steamship - is embarking on four trips over the weekend of Friday 24th, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July. First up is an exciting Music Cruise (Adults £26, children £10), featuring The Soulcatchers on Friday 24th July, departing at 5pm and returning at 8pm. With decades of musical experience between them, the Soulcatchers play a wide variety of soul songs, putting their own mark on some classic numbers.

The following morning Saturday 25th June, between 11am and 1pm, there will be a Southampton Docks Cruise (Adults £18 children free) with an informed commentary on board, with Shieldhall passing close to the cruise ships Azura, Balmoral, Britannia and Celebrity Eclipse.

During the afternoon (4pm - 7pm) Shieldhall will stage an extended excursion to the West Brambles (Adults £26, children £10) and will be in a great position to watch the cruise ships as they depart, with much blowing of horns and tooting of whistles.

Sunday 26th July sees Shieldhall sailing into position at the far end of the course to watch the America's Cup World Series Yacht Racing (Adults £42, children £10). This cruise departs at 10am, returning at approx. 6pm.

On all cruises, guests are welcome to visit the Engine Room, Boiler Room and Bridge and meet with the Captain and team of volunteers operating Shieldhall, who recently celebrated her 60th birthday.
