No plans this Bank Holiday weekend? We've got just the thing!
Don't miss Shieldhall's exciting first weekend of sailings, which coincide with Southampton's inaugural Sailing Week. Shieldhall will be taking part in a 'Parade of Sail' on Saturday 27 May but will return to Berth 48 ready to welcome passengers from 2pm, ahead of our scheduled departure time of 3pm for our 'Port Out, Southampton Home' cruise. For more info, click here.
On our Saturday 27th May sailing, our guest will be SeaCity Museum Curator Maria Newbery, who will bring objects from the Museum's Collection relating to the 'Port Out, Southampton Home' exhibition currently showing in SeaCity Museum until 4 June 2017.
There's a great opportunity for families to spend some quality time on the water on Sunday 28th May, when Shieldhall stages her first family cruise of the season. Bag a bargain 2 hr sailing round the Southampton Docks, with tickets costing just £20 per adult, and up to 6 children under 16 years travelling FREE per party!
Our final Bank Holiday Weekend cruise takes place on Monday 29th May, when the theme is 'Titanic', with a description of Southampton's many links with the doomed liner. We welcome Ann Victoria Roberts on board, who will give a presentation on the life of Titanic Captain E J Smith in the Shieldhall Saloon.
Tickets are still available for all x 3 sailings. Read more about each of the trips on Saturday 27th, Sunday 28th and Bank Holiday Monday 29th May here:
We look forward to welcoming you aboard!
