For all of the re-arranged or cancelled sailings in 2021, we will be writing to ticket holders to advise options. We apologise for any inconvenience these changes may bring, and hope that you will still be able to join us this year. Please look out for an email later today with an online digital form, which we would ask you to kindly complete. You will have the option of transferring your ticket to any re-scheduled sailing; transfer to an equivalent Shieldhall 2021 sailing; to hold your ticket money as a credit for 2022 sailings (prices for cruises for 2021 ticket holders will be frozen); make a donation to Shieldhall, allowing the charity to best continue its work; or to request a refund.
Thank you for your understanding.
