Upgraded life jackets had now been installed on board

Income and expenditure in 2015 were both showing a significant increase on the previous year

It was agreed that a major fundraising initiative was needed to meet dry dock expenditure

The work of the Volunteer Co-ordinator required greater resource

Changes to Regulations required a review of the rules of the Society

Nigel Philpott was appointed representative of the Society on the Southampton Heritage Federation

A Drugs and Alcohol policy was approved

The Safety Committee would be asked to produce an annual report
